The Good Samaritan (Ethiopia Yirgacheffe) is forest farmed, organically grown, and bird-friendly. Ethiopia is widely considered the birthplace of coffee. This Yirgacheffe coffee is from the Oromia region and boasts a full-bodied cup with notes of lemongrass. The result of our medium roast is a smooth, nuanced flavor without a trace of bitterness.
